In support of the CSUF Mission to expand knowledge, Employee Training & Development is committed to creating an environment where people can achieve their full potential, increase their productivity, and expand their professional and personal horizons. Recognizing that individuals deserve relevant, comprehensive, and effective training and development opportunities, we are dedicated to providing meaningful programs that address the evolving needs of our employees and community partners.
We will fulfill this mission by:
  • Improving our participants’ ability to carry out work responsibilities with greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Delivering cost effective, timely, and accessible development programs that contribute to the university’s business strategy.
  • Cultivating relationships that enhance our ability to provide state-of-the-art programs to our employees and community partners.
